Tore Wingestad has extensive experience in the field of assesment and selection of personnel within both private and public sector. He also holds special expertise in assessing candidates for hazardous and psychologically challenging occupations, a result of his more than decade long involvement in the selection process of candidates for the Royal norwegian Air Force’ aviation school, the Royal norwegian Navy’s Special Operations forces and the armed forces branches’ respective military academies and officers school’s. In addition, Mr. Wingestad has been engaged over the last ten years with the selection of pilots for the Canadian Helicopter Corporation (CHC).
